I have been active in the real estate industry for over 30  years with extensive experience in development, homebuilding, and investment real estate.  Prior to establishing J. Fanelli Properties / JFP Realty Advisors, I held C-level and key senior executive positions with regional and national real estate investment, homebuilding, and institutional investment firms overseeing operations, acquisitions, investments, and asset management.

With a keen interest in working closely with clients, I am able to leverage my tenure in the industry, experience, and expertise representing clients in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate, including purchase and sales transactions.

I reside in NW Portland with my wife of 24 years. We are proud parents of two adult kids, Matthew and Anna.
